Who we are
Ladder Loans helps consumers explore personal loan options. Our loan specialists review each request and contact applicants about their options.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, ZIP code, desired loan amount, loan purpose, housing status, employment status, pay frequency, income, self-reported credit rating, and your current credit card and personal loan balances.
- Consent records: the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and the page where you agreed.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, advertising identifiers and click IDs (such as fbclid or gclid), and information from cookies and similar technologies.
- Credit information: with your authorization, we may obtain a soft credit report to evaluate your request. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score.

- To contact you by phone, email, and, if you opt in, text message about your request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that send messages on our behalf.
